"
Emotions aren't the problem.
They're the Signal.

"Stop it.
Put your feelings in a drawer."
I was a literal kid. So I did.
I remember shoving my head into my underwear drawer and crying, thinking,"How the hell is this supposed to help?"
No one taught me what to do with emotions that didn't feel safe.
So my body adapted.
My mind made meaning.
My feelings are too much.
They're wrong.
I'm alone with them.
I need to hide them.
What story did you learn about your emotions?

The pattern followed me
into adulthood.
Years later, I was a health coach on national television.
On the outside, I looked successful.
Inside, I was living with crippling anxiety, self-doubt, and severe hypertension.
Then one day, while filming, my blood pressure reached 210/180.
An ambulance was called.
As they loaded me in, the paramedic said the same words I'd heard growing up.
"Stop it. You're making it worse."
I wasn't panicking about whether I was going to live.
I was panicking about what people were thinking of me.
Looking back, I finally understood.
I had spent my life trying to silence what my mind and body had been trying to communicate.

I became my first client.
That day changed the direction of my life.
I stopped searching for another quick fix.
I started searching for answers.
Over the next decade, I immersed myself in understanding the nervous system, subconscious patterns, and what actually creates lasting change.
As I worked with CEOs, teenagers, people in recovery, overwhelmed parents, and high performers,
I kept noticing the same thing.
Different lives.
Different symptoms.
The same protective patterns underneath.

My symptoms weren't the
Problem.
The more I understood those patterns,
the more one thing became clear. Nothing was wrong with me.
My symptoms weren't the problem.
They were signals. Trying to get my attention.
Maybe yours are too.
That realization became the foundation of the work I do today.
I became my first client.
Then I spent the next decade making sure
I could be yours.

The credentials matter. But what makes this work trustworthy is simple: she tested it on herself first — the anxiety, the sleepless nights, the body that wouldn't calm down. Then on a decade of real clients. It's not something she read about. It's what she still uses, every day, because it still works.
