I totally get it!

A decade ago, I never could have imagined that I would nearly lose my life to what’s known as the ‘silent killer,’ chronic stress.

While starring as a health coach for ABC Television, one day on the set, I collapsed from an anxiety attack and severe hypertension. The funny thing was, I didn’t even realize I had a problem, let alone anxiety.

It took a few more ER visits and an emergency blood transfusion for me to finally wake up and pay attention to how my mental health was affecting my physical body.

My mind ran a mile a minute all day...

I worried about the future and obsessed over the past.

My body was destroying itself by years of being in survival mode – my stomach was a mess, I had ulcers, migraines, chronic pain, severe hyper-tension, and was on my way to developing premature heart disease.

Until I dove deep into my belief system, thought patterns and behaviors.  I learned how to manipulate my energy, release repressed emotions and regulate my nervous system.  I did the inner work, unlearned that way of being, and doing and re-learned a whole new way, much quicker than I ever could have imagined!

Now my life is by no means, perfect...

There are still plenty of challenges. But that’s life, and there will always be

challenges, obstacles, and things to overcome.

But the difference is I learned I can handle them

without needing my stress response trying to keep me alive.

I don’t need to hold my breath or the tension.

I’m able to quickly snap out of it, course correct

 and write myself a new script!

STOP IT is an 8-week, step-by-step program designed to help you understand exactly what to work on each week, WHY you are doing each practice, and HOW it works. Over 8 weeks, we’ll focus on one key learning module in each live group coaching call. These skills and lessons are designed to progressively build upon each other, and help you identify and let your patterns and learn how to let go of the old while creating space for the new. You'll also have easy homework to practice what we've learned!

SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS

This week, we dive into the core of your stress, worry, and overwhelm and identify the beliefs that keep you feeling limited, protected, and small. By understanding your false beliefs and triggers, you can start to shift your reactions and respond differently and feel more empowered.

  • How to identify limiting beliefs

WEEK 4 LEARN HOW TO LET GO OF TRAPPED EMOTION
