Carolyn Barnes is a leading health and fitness coach with over a decade of experience in the industry. She is also a highly sought-after speaker, having appeared on national television shows such as The Doctors, Good Morning America, and Fox News, as well as being featured on the cover of The Wall Street Journal.
However, her path to becoming a leader in the mind-body connection was not an easy one.
