After nearly a decade as a health and fitness coach, as well as appearing on national television, Carolyn Barnes nearly lost her life to chronic stress and severe hypertension. Because of her own healing journey, she became a clinical hypnotherapist and expert in the mind-body connection. She helps others overcome stress and anxiety, so they can Master-Peace in their lives. 

 

With the compassion that comes from personal experience and the knowledge that comes from years of research and study,

Carolyn’s unique spin on stress and anxiety management teaches how to regain control of your life, regulate your emotions, and overcome what has been holding you back.
