WHY I DO WHAT I DO

After nearly a decade as a health and fitness coach, as well as appearing on national television, I nearly lost my life to chronic stress and severe hypertension. Because of my own healing journey, I  became a clinical hypnotherapist and expert in the mind-body connection. I discovered how to let go of stress, repressed emotions, and limiting beliefs, which is the most important element when it comes to create lasting change in any area of life.
